Background

Despite being from the Sagahl tribe, Kyaea has never been an Au'ri of authority. She was always a quiet, reserved child, preferring to watch the animals and plants around her than play with the other Au'ri children. Being the only child of a high ranking Sagahl woman, Kyaea had everything laid out in front of her for her entire life. When Kyaea turned 16, she was asked what she would want to do with her future, whether it be to take a mate or something else. Kyaea simply responded that she wanted to continue learning, as she had always had an affinity for learning about the world around her.
So she was sent off to Sharlayan, the finest academic institute on Etheirys. Kyaea would study to become a scholar, learning the ways of healing others while expanding her knowledge of both her native Azim Steppe, as well as Ilsabard and Eorzea alike. Kyaea would spend hours, if not days, within the Noumenon reading, often collapsing from lack of sleep and food.
If not confined to the halls of the Noumenon, you can find Kyaea collecting information about the wonders of the world, or trying to get out of her comfort zone at a bar of club.
Kyaea is happily married to her wife Falcra, and together they run a small cafe out of the Mist called Lover's Study and Cafe.
